Returns & Refunds
Each Healing by the Numbers apparel item is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color, or change-of-mind requests.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at admin@healingbythenumbers.org within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review the issue and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size, Color, and Change-of-Mind Requests
Because our apparel is produced specifically for each order, we generally cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size or color was ordered or when you simply change your mind.

We provide product information and sizing guides to help you choose the best option before ordering. If you have a question before placing your order, please contact us at admin@healingbythenumbers.org.

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, subject to applicable exceptions and legal requirements.
