Returns & Refunds

Each Healing by the Numbers apparel item is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review the product details and Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at admin@healingbythenumbers.org within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review the issue and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not send an item back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Size, Color, and Change-of-Mind Requests

Because our apparel is produced specifically for each order, we generally cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size or color was ordered or when you simply change your mind.

We provide product information and sizing guides to help you choose the best option before ordering. If you have a question before placing your order, please contact us at admin@healingbythenumbers.org.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal                           

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and any legally permitted exceptions.

To request a cancellation before your order is fulfilled or a return after delivery, use your Healing by the Numbers customer account. You may also contact us at admin@healingbythenumbers.org if you need assistance.

For an eligible change-of-mind return under the EU right of withdrawal, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please follow the process described above instead.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or other consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
