Shipping Policy

Healing by the Numbers apparel is made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is $5.95.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout apply after your order has been produced and shipped. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country or local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, you will receive it after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at admin@healingbythenumbers.org. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you experience a problem with delivery, please contact us at admin@healingbythenumbers.org with your order number and details about the issue. We'll work with you to determine the best next step.
